I've always thought that sleep is the biggest waste and strain on time in this world. But many people enjoy it as "time to rest and prepare for the next day". But have you ever thought of what potential could be reached if sleep was not a necessity but just a luxury for people with time.
So as I lay sleeping alone in the dark, as precious time drains away like that of a hourglass drizzling away. Until one day all the sand lies on one side and I fade away to join the insurmountable amount of thoughts, memories, beliefs, and people as if never to exist.

Eugenics
Eugenics (as defined by The American Heritage® Stedman's Medical Dictionary) is "The study of hereditary improvement of the human race by controlled selective breeding". Eugenics is the controlled version of Darwin's evolution theory. Instead of letting the natural course take hold only people with certain desired traits are allowed to mate and have offspring. Hundreds of civilizations have taken up this belief in hopes for a new utopia with no defects or undesirable traits. Though many have tried this sudo-science has yet to provide any sufficient results. Which explains why it is not used as often today.

Brutus' Diary Act 1 Scene 2
Today was a day of celebration for the commoners of Rome. Julius Caesar had returned from yet another triumphant conquest. As the celebration continued three loud roars rang throughout the area.
